The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, within walking distance of the Condado area. The rooms are much larger than expected, clean, spacious, and modern, although the gate entry system can be inconvenient. The service was friendly and approachable, with attentive staff offering valet service and other amenities. The dining experience was unfortunately canceled due to hurricane damage, with no refund provided, and the facilities are limited.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were simple and clean but lacked sufficient towels and bathing supplies.
