The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, within walking distance of the Condado area. The rooms are much larger than expected, clean, spacious, and modern, although the gate entry system can be inconvenient. The service was friendly and approachable, with attentive staff offering valet service and other amenities. The dining experience was unfortunately canceled due to hurricane damage, with no refund provided, and the facilities are limited.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were simple and clean but lacked sufficient towels and bathing supplies. The service was excellent, with staff knowledgeable about tourist spots and always responsive to requests. The location was convenient, with various restaurants within a short walking distance. The dining experience offered a nice continental breakfast. Overall, a decent value for money.
The hotel room was a mixed experience. While it smelled terribly of mould, it was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. The reservation process was smooth.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with an ocean view, close to stores and bars. The rooms were exceptionally clean and ideal for the price paid. Highly recommend it for a great time!
